With the influx of stressors around the holidays, relationship issues tend to spike. Dumbroff provided tips on how to diffuse issues that arise and create healthy boundaries.

There are many feelings that people experience during this time of year. The practice of mindfulness cultivates awareness. The awareness of what we may be feeling or experiencing offers us a choice as to how we respond.
