Wendi Dumbroff speaks on how orgasms can benefit your overall health

Wendi L. Dumbroff, MA, LPC, was recently quoted in an article, “Sexual Health Awareness Includes Orgasm Awareness,” published on GIDDY, a leading sexual health information center.

Dumbroff provided valuable insights around the concept of orgasms. She stated:

“Orgasm can enhance and create feelings of connection.”

She added:

“When we’re with our partner through the intimacy of physical connection and orgasm, we may feel more bonded to them. However, orgasm is not necessary for feelings of connection to be created. There is no one truth for people in life, whether around orgasm or how they communicate or what their personal boundaries are.”
